I started going to the gym in my mid teenage years to build some muscle and get stronger, as I had always been pretty skinny and felt weak. Throughout my years of going to the gym, I constantly learnt more about building muscle and strength, about different exercises and doing them correctly and about nutrition to support it.
From everything I learned and the results I got with my own physique, I wanted to take that, teach and help others on how to train, doing exercises correctly and change their bodies.
I've been coaching clients for 4 years at PureGym Sutton Coldfield and have helped hundreds of people improve their lives, with goals ranging from fat loss to muscle gain. I offer multiple services to suit your needs, which you can find out more about here.
Most noticeably now, but not restricted to, I tend to work mostly with guys who want to improve their bodies by losing some bodyfat and building some muscle to have a more defined physique. Guys that have little to no experience using weights in the gym and need proper guidance and structured training for what to do and how, helping them get stronger, improve their fitness, become more confident in themselves and in the gym.
I've gotten great results with my clients, getting them into shape, building their confidence, showing them how to train and improve their nutrition, working with any pain/injuries to improve daily life, and collected lots of amazing testimonials from them, which you can see more of here.
I also continue to work on my own physique, using it as a canvas to test out new exercises, learning more about muscles and seeing what I can do myself. I have competed 3 times on stage in Men's Physique. Placing 1st with FEBC (Future Elite Bodybuilding Club), 1st at UKBFF (United Kingdom Bodybuilding Fitness Federation) qualifying event and 4th at the UKBFF British Championships. This was incredibly challenging but put me to the test see what it takes to push physical barriers and cope mentally when it comes to dieting.
