The workouts are designed to be highly effective for burning fat & conditioning you to become fitter, stronger and helping you to create a toned body. The legs, arms, shoulders and abs in particular really get worked!
Power Hour Group PT is suitable for everybody, of all ages and abilities, even for beginners this is a great place to start to get fitter, and for those with injuries, adjustments/alternatives can easily be made. The workouts are made to be really enjoyable just as much as they are challenging to your own level.
As an addition, each month, you'll receive my Healthy Living Recipe Book, packed with nutritious, calorie controlled meals, to help make healthy eating easier.
You'll also become part of a fantastic and friendly community, working along side others in the session, and access to a Whatsapp group for extra support & advice where you can ask any questions
Power Hour takes place at PureGym Sutton Coldfield in the functional area, every Monday at 7.45pm.
It costs just £8 per session (PAYG) or £30/month
